About the event
Take your first step to discovering the benefits of yoga for your health. Learn some of the main yoga postures and practice breathing techniques.
We will start with an introduction to the benefits of yoga, learn the techniques of yoga breathing, try some of the main yoga postures and finish with a Q&A. You will receive guidance and support throughout the session.
Suitable for all ages/abilities.
