A gentle class, with an emphasis on longer stretching, deeper breathing and ending with relaxation to help you unwind. This is a great way to restore your body, relieve stress and prepare for a good nights sleep.

Saturdays 8:30am - 9:30am (UK Time)

Yoga classes designed to suit your individual or corporate wellness. Private sessions are great for beginners to introduce you to the basic postures before attending a regular class or for those wanting to develop their practice. All delivered over Zoom and can be recorded for your future reference.
ZOOM TOP TIPS
Make sure you have adequate space to move around.
Please name your device so I know you are attending.
Position your device (phone, laptop etc) so I can support you with your technique.
You will be muted by me throughout the class so I cannot hear you but I will drop in to the class at appropriate times.
Have some cushions/blankets/pillows handy for savasana (relaxation).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE ATTENDING CLASS
It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure:
There is sufficient space to perform the yoga exercises safely and move freely without obstacles or obstructions, free from furniture, equipment and other hazards
Any equipment (yoga mat, blocks etc) is safe and in a suitable condition for the activity being performed
The surrounding floor space is clear to remove any hazards that may increase the risk of slips, trips or falls
There is sufficient heating, lighting, ventilation and hydration
If you have any medical conditions, injuries or other conditions which may affect you participating in this class you must gain consent from your GP before taking part.
If there are any changes in your health or medical history please inform Mary as soon as possible.
